New Image Construction

From Concept to Creation: a cinematic remodeling site built around a canvas-driven hero and an assistant that actually answers questions.

A cinematic hero: scroll like it's a movie

Instead of a typical background video, the hero is a sequence of 120 images drawn onto a canvas in sync with scroll position; every pixel the visitor scrolls advances the "video" a little further. This sidesteps entirely the lag browsers (Safari especially) get from the classic <video> + currentTime trick when you scrub it. The story is told in chapters that appear and disappear on that same scroll metric, and a side rail (INTRO · CONCEPT · BUILD · TRANSFORM · SERVICES · CONTACT) doubles as direct navigation, highlighting whichever chapter is active in real time.

A smooth handoff into "Our Philosophy"

The hero releases exactly where its section ends, with no dead space and no jump cut, into a short brand message on a dark-to-cream gradient before the rest of the page continues.

"Why New Image": cards with a life of their own

Four real differentiators for the company, with nothing invented, each with its own always-visible orange-to-gold accent bar. Hovering lifts the card, adds a glow, and colors in the number.

A services catalog, in mosaic

A photographic grid with visual hierarchy, one larger featured card, instead of a flat list of services.

"Three Steps, One Team": the process, explained

Concept → Build → Transform, the same idea from the hero, now as its own section with more context and a free-estimate call to action, using the same animated-card visual language as "Why New Image."

A gallery of recent work

A masonry layout of real projects: kitchens, bathrooms, closets, exteriors.

A service-area banner

A real finished-project photo as the background, with the service area, "Vero Beach to Key West", in the client's own words, reinforcing trust without inventing any numbers.

A close with three ways to reach out

Schedule an estimate, WhatsApp, or call: three buttons, not just one.

The "NI" assistant: quick help, free text

A floating button opens a mini-chat: the visitor types their own question, such as "do you work in Key West?" or "how much does a kitchen cost?", and the assistant answers using the site's real content (services, process, service area, contact). It isn't AI connected to a server. It's 100% client-side keyword matching, and it's honest about its limits when it doesn't recognize a question.

Everything works just as well on mobile

The same cinematic hero, chapter navigation and NI assistant, resized rather than stripped down for a smaller screen.

Why it feels special

  • What makes this site work isn't one single effect. Several pieces pull toward the same goal: selling, not just informing.
  • A cinematic opening narrative, told in chapters tied to scroll position.
  • Honest sales content: no invented numbers, no fake reviews.
  • Multiple contact points spread across the entire page, not just the footer.
  • An assistant that helps visitors find what they're looking for without needing a backend.
